Rainbow Layer Cake -

I made this cake for my 21st...It's 6 layers, rainbow, and homemade icing - hence the sloppiness. It tastes AMAZING though.

I love making rainbow cakes, I have only made one.
But I made it differently. I mixed colors together in each layer instead of making each layer a different color. If you don't care about the sloppyness then thats okay but if you want to try and cut down on sloppyness next time, make sure each cake layer is level. Take a sharp knife and slide it across the top of the cake to make sure its all level. This way when you put the layers of frosting in between and stack it it doesn't get to heavy and uneven. Which greatly helps with the look. Always remember to put your happiness first.
