Sauteed Beef - January 2nd 2012, 02:58 AM

Sauteed Beef with Garlic and Onion accompanied by fresh sliced Tomato with Balsamic Vinegarette.

So my first time sauteing anything and I think it turned out pretty good. It was a little crispy, but I think that's the point. I could be wrong though.

All I did was use some olive oil and butter turned the skillet up to 400 degrees until the butter was almost burning as was instructed, threw the meat in and added some Thyme, Italian Seasoning, Salt, Pepper and later on added half an onion and some garlic.
Tasted pretty good

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.
How much you can take, and keep moving forward.
PM me if you need to talk about ANYTHING.

Wow, nice job. That does look good. I'm jealous that you're not my personal chef, just kidding. You did a very good job making that, it dosen't look like it was too crispy or anything like that.

Great job that does look good and it's making me hungry
It definitely looks better than the first time I sauteed beef .. although I like to think I am much better at it now
