I've used this recipe before.
Calls for: 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened 1 cup sugar 1 egg, beaten until light 1 cup milk 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla or other flavoring I've used baking soda instead of powder before. And The flavoring is optional too, but is recommended otherwise you need some really tasty icing to give it a kick! Using some caramel sauce and mixing it in the batter can be awesome if you don't have some vanilla extract or syrup. So you have gray hair and you're only 26
that's just another reason I love you... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

You can substitute applesauce (1/2 cup) or 1 banana per egg

You could try making a vegan cake? They can be tricky, but they don't contain any dairy product in them.
Here is a recipe you can try: Vegan Chocolate Cake ![]() Buddy|Live Help Operator|HelpLink Mentor|Social Networking Team Relationships&Dating Mod|Lifestyle Mod|Media&Entertainment Mod Performance Committee |
