I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is losing a grandparent. It'll never be easy but it will get easier. Try to remember all of the good times you had with your grandpa and remember that it's okay to cry.
If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to PM me. Take care.

Hey,

You can make it through this. I am sorry your Gandpa passed away. However, you haven't lost him. He is still in your heart and your memories. During hard times like these it is usually a good idea to rely on friends, family, the community, possibly a church, or even a therapist for support. Don't be afraid to reach out to people and talk to them about how you are feeling. You deserve all the help in the world but no one can help you if you don't let them in. I hope you are able to feel a bit of closure from the viewing. The pain of his passing will not be this severe forever. Have you thought of anything you are going to personally do in honor of his memory? Even small things can really help you cope. I want to remind you that I am here for you if you ever need me. Take care and hang in there. Things won't be this dark forever.

Lots of love <3 Mimi

I really am sorry for your loss, having someone taken away from you is one of the hardest things that we have to deal with. However sad it is right now you need to always remember that he loved you and will always be a part of you, we allow ourselves to carry parts of the people we lost around with us. They form part of you, you will always have the memories that you have with your Grandpa. I hope that the viewing allows some healing, i seem to use this poem alot but my favourite line is the final line.
Do not stand at my grave and weep, i am not there i did not die.
Though taken form this world your Grandpa is still here though not physicaly, you will always see things that reming you of him, may it be when looking out at the stars and seeing one twinkling brighter. In death there is still life, he would want you to carry on living, for him.
i hope this helps.
