It will take a while to get over it. This is not something that will be over in a matter of days or weeks. It takes time. I know how you feel because my friend Ryan died too. I miss him a lot too.

Hey Ashley.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It is such an awful thing to go through when you lose someone close. It must have been really traumatic and shocking for it to have happened in a car accident.

Of course you will miss him. He was your best friend so you have every right to feel sad and upset and miss him loads. It was only 5/6 months ago, which is not long at all. You are still grieving and it will take time to come to terms with what has happened. It is ok to cry and I think crying is a good thing because at least you are letting out your emotions rather than holding them inside. Crying will help you to grieve so don't see it as a bad thing because really it is a good thing. You should never feel bad for still feeling sad. He was your best friend so you have every right to be sad. In time hopefully that sadness will lessen and it will be less painful. I don't know how long that will be but perhaps one day you will be able to remember the happy times you spent with your best friend. You will never forget him of course but perhaps will be able to see the happy memories.

Stay strong

Hey Ashley,

I know its hard to lose a good friend. Especially someone that you care about. You need to remember though, that it is okay to cry! Crying can be good!

Keep your head up hun,
Brittany

hey sweetie... death is so hard, espically with your best friend. i've been there and done that and believe it or not over time it gets easier, but its slow. dont delete him from your phone if that is comfterting to you. cry if you need to, and talk to you friend because he is listening. dont feel bad for being sad, maybe going over to his house and spending time with his family would help? keep his memory alive, laugh at the good times and dont be afraid to cry... remember him always and know he is in your heart 24/7 and is watching over you and dosent want you to be sad.
good luck, if you need to ever talk let me know.

I'm really sorry about your loss. 8[ But the healing process takes time as well as the grieving one. I know you may think that it isn't good to cry or feel sad, but eventually you have to let it out. I know he is watching over you. Be strong.
