When i was in 5th grade my mom had died from cancer and thats when i stated not doing good and in 8th grade 2 years ago i came home and found my dad dead on the floor and everythings just coming back to me and its hard talking to people who havent dealt with similar situations like me. I would just like some advice from people or someone i could relate to so we can talk

Hey KJ,

I am so sorry to hear about this . It is such an awful thing to go through and I can't even imagine how much you are hurting at the moment I can somewhat relate to how you feel because I have lost my mum. It hurts loads but I have been told that hurt should lessen in time. You have to think about what your mum and dad would want for you. They wouldn't want you to be sad. They would want you to live a happy fulfilling life. I know that must seem impossible at the moment and you must feel like everything has come crashing down on you.

Is there anyone you can talk to about this at all? Maybe a family member who was close with your mum and dad? It always helps to have someone you can talk to especially when you are going through so much. They might be feeling similar to how you are feeling right now and then you might be able to help each other through it.

I am sorry if this hasn't been much help. If I can do anything to help at all or if you just need someone to listen then I am always here You don't have to go through any of this alone. Stay strong
