Hey Kj,

I really hope you have been ok today. If you want to talk at all then I am always here for you You are never alone and I know these days like anniversaries are the hardest to get through. They can be very emotional days but Kj you should do something special to remember your dad. You could write him a nice letter, go to the grave and put some nice flowers on, bake a birthday cake for your dad or do something else special for him. It doesn't all have to be sad even though it is still very sad.

You are strong and when you feel sad try to remember what your dad would have wanted for you. I bet he would be so proud of you for coming this far.

You are strong Kj and I am thinking of you hoping that you have been ok today. Stay strong and remember I am always here for you

Hey kj,

I know how these anniversary's can be. We (my grade at school) lost two friends in one year, one girl, Amanda, January 22, 2008, and another, Alecia, Februaury 3, 2009. Both were very sudden and unexpected. The one year anniversary of Amanda's death was very hard for everyone but it helps to be with your close friends and family on that day and just remember all the good times you had with whoever passed away.
It hasn't yet been a year since Alecia's death, but everytime it has been one more month I feel it all over again. Make sure you talk to people about it and if you are feeling up to it, visit the gravesite. For me at least, I feel like Alecia ia with me when I am there.
Even though I am new here, I as well am here to talk if you need it, I have at least an idea of what you are going through, Alecia was like a sister to me.
I hope you made it through ok, <3
