Sometimes it's just too much.. - December 31st 2009, 05:45 AM

It's been a little more than five months now and sometimes it just seems like yesterday.

I just want to shut my self away and cry, but I always think of how you wouldn't have wanted any of your friends to be upset. You were always so happy, I don't ever remember seeing you unhappy.

I still carry that livestrong bracelet with me on my keys, and every time I look at it it gives me hope to live strong.

I don't know what the point of this thread was.. I guess I'm just trying to get it off of my chest.

Hey Sarah,

It is always good to get it off your chest rather than bottle it all up and keep it inside. I am sorry to hear about your loss. 5 months is very recent really and it can take time to grieve after losing someone close. I have lost my mum and although it was a long time ago now sometimes it still hurts as much as ever. It is meant to get easier in time though so keep hanging on in there.

If you ever need someone to chat then I am always here. Stay strong.

Hello there Sarah. Sorry for your loss, pain felt really deep is never good. Just hold on and whenever you feel like crying then cry because emotional pain is too hard to keep inside.
