You need to talk to someone about this, you cannot keep it bottled up on the inside. Surely there has to be someone in your family you can talk to about this ??

I came here to help out, so if you wanna talk or just need someone to bounce ideas or issues off of or something else then send me a message and I will reply as soon as I can.

I am so so sorry for your loss.

I think you should get counseling, for reason as you shouldn't bottle things up. That isn't healthy, and will only get worse over time. If you aren't comfortable with the idea of a counselor, do you have anyone in your life that you can turn to for support? Friends? Family members? Teachers? Even venting to someone could help. You need someone to listen to you, that can sympathize with your pain. Someone to be a friend. I think that would help a lot, actually.

Take care,
Lyndsee
