Have you tried counseling?
I know what its like to want to die; how it hurts to smile; how you try to fit in but you can't; how you hurt yourself on the outside; to try to kill the thing that's in the inside.

First of all I am sorry for your losses. Secondly know that is OK to be mad when you lose someone. Also, alone with getting professional help, it helps some people to do things like write poems and such. You can keep all the good memories.
Lastly, know that you are not the only one and that it is OK to share your feelings verbally, as well PM me if you want to talk. |

I am very, very sorry to hear about the loss of your sister and dad. It is important in times like these that you try to stay safe. I know your mind can lead to other things. This meaning self harm, but it will more or less make the situation a lot worse. I lost my dad when I was eleven, so I know what you are going through. What I felt to be really beneficial was counseling. Counseling, and opening up is completely hard. You will bring emotions to the surface. But once those emotions are let go, you can proceed to live a happy life. This isn't to say that you won't still think about them an miss them, but you will be able to manage the thoughts a little better. If one counselor isn't working for you, or you don't connect with them, you can always get a new one. Just keep trying until you find the right one.
As for the self harm. That can be a huge struggle among people who have lost someone very important to them. Unfortunately, you have lost two people. I know that it isn't fair, but you shouldn't hurt yourself. What is a possible way to help you stop self harming? Have you tried doing things that would distract your mind from those thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself? There are better ways to cope with grieving. Hang on to the memories that you shared with them. The good ones, that is. Also, hanging out with close friends, watching movies, and listening to music can really help as well. Again, I am really sorry for your loss. I think you should consider professional help. Dependant upon where you live, there are grief camps that can even be helpful. Take care, pm me if you need anything. ![]() I was looking for a breath of life For a little touch of heavenly light But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh |
