Months ago I lost my dad in a shooting then awhile ago we were going out for dinner and my sis tagged along we were hit by a car on the driver side where my step mom And my sister in back of her we spun out and hit the railing if the freeway it killed my sister and left my moms baby dead her in a coma and me with injuries and thrown in the foster care if she docent wake up I feel all Alone I can't believe it all I have is my step mom I never thought I would rely on her so much and need her to wake up I'm so depressed by this idk what to do anymore or if I ever lost her

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, it must be very difficult for you to come to terms with what has happened.

I really hope that your mom wakes up. Do you go and visit her? Sometimes hearing the voice of a loved one can help the person to wake up from their coma. Try not to think about what would happen if you lost her, you will cross that bridge if you come to it (hopefully you won't).

I guess that, whilst you would rather have your mom, you are lucky to have your step-mom. Don't be afraid to rely on her, she will realise how much you are hurting and this is an opportunity for you to build a strong relationship with her.

Do you have any friends you can turn to for support with this? If you're alone, you're more likely to sink further into a depression, so it's important to surround yourself with people who care about you and to talk about your feelings. If you aren't able to talk to friends or your step-mom, consider speaking to someone at your school.

You misunderstood my mom died a couple years ago my step mom is in a coma and I'm not a social person I'm home schooled now I prob be going to public school now though

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but this is what caused me to think you were referring to your mom and not your step-mom.

I am sorry to hear that your mom is already dead.

You say you're not a social person, but maybe going to a public school will help with this?

I'm sorry you've been through so much.

Perhaps going to public school would help you with making friends and you could possibly develop a strong support system.

Are you in counseling? Maybe you could benefit from talking about everything.
