I MISS HER SO MUCH - October 22nd 2011, 05:26 PM

a year ago today my beloved grandma died in her sleep. its kind of a sad day for me and i wish to god i could see her again. here's a poem i wrote to explain how i feel.

I have so many things

I want to ask her

Why now?

Was she waiting for me?

Why didn’t she take me with her?

I miss her like

It was just yesterday

I need her

More than anyone

Could ever know

I still do

I’m willing to

Let it show

Suddenly I know I’m not

Dreaming

I know she’s not

Sleeping

My nightmares

Have become

reality
