Question Good books? - September 6th 2014, 05:42 AM

I'm looking to expand and wish to read some new books.
I like anything really from Harry Potter to To Kill A Mockingbird to Hailey Abbott's books.

Hmmm... I could recommend books till the cows come home. xD I'll tell you some I've enjoyed recently.

Magyk by Angie Sage. The first of a series. Similar to Harry Potter in the sense that it's about magic. If that wasn't clear by the title. Easy reading because it's aimed at 10 year olds I think, but I enjoyed it.

Boys Don't Cry by Malorie Blackman. She's always an awesome writer, and I found this one pretty cool, it's about a teenage guy who finds himself landed with a baby.

Call The Midwife by Jennifor Worth. What the tv show was based on. Some really funny stories and some really sad stories in it.

The Shock Of The Fall by Nathan Filer. A story to do with mental illness.

Divergent by Veronica Ross. Despite the hype, it is still a good read.

Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!

Don't trust a perfect person and don't trust a song that's flawless.
RIP Granddad Terry. I'll miss you.

I've always liked anything that's written by Ellen Hopkins or Jodi Picoult. Some sensitive topics, as a heads up.
