getting grounded,gettin all electronice taken away.so i need something to do while im stuck in my room.
so,anyone know any good books? i am open to like anything,i love reading ~*fixed what was once broken*~

Practically anything by Jodi picoult - The pact, salem falls, vanishing acts, my sister's keepers are some of my favourites
The book thief - Markus Zusak is a good one

Ted Dekker has some awesome books. About 3/4 of them are all tied into one "series"... but you can jump in at any time, anywhere in the "series", it doesn't go in any particular order.

Anything by Augusten Burroughs. He's a gay author. He's hilarious.
Thirteen Reasons Why. Its about a girl who commits suicide and leaves tapes telling 13 people how they afffected her. Its one of my favorite books. The Perks of Being A Wallflower. Basically,a boy growing up. Naked Without A Hat. Boy moves into apartment with people, and he falls in love with a gypsie. The Heroin Diaries. Nikki Sixx's book about his drug addiction,and how he got out of it. To Write Love On Her Arms<3

Looking For JJ by Anne Cassidy's really good. Also, the noughts and crosses quartet is absolutely amazing.

Battle Royale by Koushun Takami is EPIC. total awesomeness! I've never read such great, almost nonstop bloody violence.
Also, pretty much anything by George Orwell is amazing. I recommend 1984 - really thought-provoking. Another great author is CS Lewis (dude who wrote Narnia series). His non-Narnia work is really great, especially the Screwtape Letters. If you're in a romantic, girly mood, Jane Austen is awesome. |
