I know I'm fanatic about this, but I just have to ask: Who here reads Iain M. Bank's Culture novels?
I think they're beyond awesome ^_^ Just such mind blowing depth, blows all other sci-fi out of the water. And its at points funny, romantic, tragic, horrifying, sorrowful, and sometimes just bloody awe inspiring... Also, I think the setting is staggering... But before I write several sides of A4 on the subject, I want to know whether I'm the only fan here ^^;... ![]() "My one desire is for peace -- peace for everyone" |
