Sooooo;
I wanna do a painting but I have no idea what to paint. I have a canvas and paints etc but nothing to paint  So I was wondering if any of you lovely people had ideas

The most important thing about a painting is the emotion behind it. Leave your paints and canvas set up and the next time you feel like exploding, or doing something destructive, OR if you have a wonderful day or hear wonderful news, sit down and paint. Don't focus on what you're painting, just paint the feeling.
