Question Need help remembering the name of a book I read... - August 23rd 2010, 05:37 AM

Hi all
I'm trying to remember the name of a book I read a while ago, young adult sci-fi. It featured a boy who is going to lead a futuristic society and has to go on a tour of his "kingdom," which leads him to a remote village. He ends up being a clone of Hitler (literally), has a twin brother, ends up killing his father using peanuts (which his father is allergic to.) I know people in the book don't have children naturally, it all takes place in labs. The main character meets these people that move into caves in the desert? I think so. There's a little girl who has a heart condition that he tries to save...
Blah. Sorry if that made no sense. Does anyone know of such a book???

Thanks in advance~
