Rising and Falling -
October 4th 2010, 01:59 AM
I've seen it a lot around the internet, people quoting various people saying some variation on a sentence about how you should get back up every time you fall. Does anyone know the origin of this? The furthest I could trace it back was an ancient Japanese proverb saying "Fall seven times. Stand up eight."
Anders: That's not evasive.
Isabela: Look, I didn't get where I am by showing my hand, you know? Anders: No, it's not your hand that I've heard you've been showing... |
