I am currently at the library and i'm wondering, is there a book you can add onto my booklist?

Well... what sort of books are you interested in?

You should look up books by Ellen Hopkins (crank, glass, impulse, fall out, burned, tricks, identical) I think those are all of them so far. They rock.

Books by Patrick Jones are also quite interesting.

Also:
"Go Ask Alice"
"Push"
"Wayne"
"Becoming Anna"

I love too many books.. this is a bad question for me to answer lol

These are really popular so I wouldn't be surprised be you've already read them:

Series of Unfortunate Events
Harry Potter Series
Twilight Series

Honestly didn't know time could go by so fast until I read these.

I agree with Harry Potter. I generally can't stand fantasy, but those books are nothing short of magic.
Hmm...I really liked The Real Question by Adrian Fogelin, The Freedom Writer's Diary, A Tree Grows In Brooklyn, and Memoirs of a Geisha. Give those ones a go.

"Once a little boy sent me a charming card with a little drawing on it. I loved it.
I sent him a card and I drew a picture of a Wild Thing on it. I wrote,
“Dear Jim: I loved your card.”
Then I got a letter back from his mother and she said, “Jim loved your card so much he ate it.”
That to me was one of the highest compliments I’ve ever received. He didn’t care that it was an original Maurice Sendak drawing or anything.
He saw it, he loved it, he ate it."

We could recommend a plethora of books to you OP but without knowing what you like, it becomes us guessing what you may like and what we like/know of. I'll give little summaries in brackets about the books, so you have a rough idea of them.

Using the above sentence, here are some books I think are quite good:
- Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit by John Douglas and Mark Olshaker (John Douglas was a FBI profiler and if you like shows such as Criminal Minds, you'll like this book as Douglas kind of resembles Agents Rossi, Gideon and to an extent, Dr. Reid).
- Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell (classic book about life in a Utopia where there is immense control and the book is a satire of various politics).
- The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons both by Dan Brown (detective novels, both are also as great movies)
- The Vampire De Sade by Mary Ann Mitchell (book of Marquis de Sade, a real person back in the 1800s who is reincarnated as a vampire. De Sade, as a person, wrote books combining sadism, violence, going against the Church, etc... .). Eventually the word sadism was derived from his name, "de sade".
- One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey (setting is in a psychiatric ward in a hospital back in 1960s). There's also a movie but I think the movie is horrible.
- any books by Ann Rule (forensic psychologist, details various cases in interesting ways)
- Bloodletting & Miraculous Cures by Vincent Lam (book is about medical students as they're studying in medical school, I found it to be amazing). I think the picture of the heart on it looks similar or may be the same as that in the opening of the series House and there are similarities in the book with the show.
- The Serpent's Egg, The Burning Crown and The Twisted Blade all by J. FitzGerlad McCurdy (science fiction books, similar to Harry Potter). There are a bunch of other books by this author but the 3 listed above are from "The Serpent's Egg Trilogy", which I liked.
- The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins (detective novel, the moonstone is a diamond bringing misfortune to its owner).
- House for Mr. Biswas by V.S. Naipaul. I absolutely hated this book, found it boring the most boring book ever as it takes so long for anything to be introduced. However, others apparently loved it as being the best book so you'll love it or you'll hate it.

I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.
- Danko Jones (I Think Bad Thoughts)

i'm into fiction and mystical creatures such as vampires mostly but non-fiction sounds like a step up! thanks all of you! i'll be busy for the next few months, my librarian told me to join this thing at our school... you read and it summons you for a raffle for movie tickets, that's not why i'm reading though XP i read _lips touch three times, it was pretty good Anyways, you've given me 24 books to choose from not including the three series =] i'll let you all know if i made it through the end of the list :]

These all sound very interesting, thank you! I'll probably try the vampire de sade first of all of these! :]
