Has anyone read it? I just finished! The best book in a long time. Portia's story is amazing and how Ellen helped her recover and helped her to find who she really is.

I found a few quotes I just love:

"Healing comes from love. And loving every living thing in turn helps you love yourself." pg. 298

"Ellen taught me to not care about other people's opinions. She taught me to be truthful. She taught me to be free. I began to live my life in love and complete acceptance. For the first time I had truly accepted myself." pg. 303

I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with an ED, even though it can be slightly triggering, the ending has so much hope in it. But, she is such an inspiration.

I read this book and I liked it. It was interesting to see how she lived, coped, and how she recovered. I did find it a little difficult to read because some things were a little triggering but all in all it was a great story. :]
