TeenHelp User Experience Survey. -

Hello everybody,
Today we are launching a User Experience Survey in order to learn more about the way our site is being used, as well as what we can do to improve it. Although there are already certain areas to deal with specific issues (such as suggestions, complaints, etc), this survey will enable us to gain a general sense of how our users feel about our services and what we do. We will use this information to try and identify the biggest problems our users have with our services and make improvements to address the greatest needs of our users. I would like to stress that we take all feedback seriously and it doesn't have to be just through this survey - please check out our Contact Center for more options for contacting us. I would really appreciate if as many users could complete the survey as possible. The survey can be found here: http://www.teenhelp.org/misc.php?do=form&fid=39 Please note that your responses to this survey are anonymous and will not be connected to your username, and therefore your completion of this survey will not affect your use of TeenHelp in any way.
