Bullying - February 14th 2009, 06:55 AM

Don't delete this...

Not even going to lie mannn

If you were to put me into a category i would be one of the popular kids not trying to brag or whatever you wanna say, but reading things in this forum and stuff makes me really think about things ive done in my life. Like i defiantly know i've bullied kids cause they are different then the 'normal' kids but rerading this forum i feel real bad now cause things people deal with and such.

So, has this prompted you to change? If so, I'd say that's probably a pretty good thing. [: You're realizing that you've made mistakes in the past, and now you're trying to fix them for a better. As you may or may not know, this forum is not only for those who have been bullied, but also those who have bullied others and are ready to change. It's not "cool" to bully. I love when people's experiences have a positive effect on others. It's lovely. Take care of yourself. Glad you've come to a new realization.

Hi there,

I'm glad you've come to this realization. Sometimes it takes a reality check for us to be able to realize what we're doing is wrong, and reading about the experiences of others can help us understand how our actions can affect the people around us.

It's never too late to change something about ourselves. [: Take care.

It was good of you too write that. Now you see an error in yourself so now you can better yourself by correcting that error

It's good to hear that. Do you think you'll 'change your ways' now? I think we all get those reality slaps every once in a while, never too much fun, but necessary.

Re: Bullying - February 18th 2009, 12:27 AM

It's great that you see that now.
When you're the person being bullied, it really does tend to break you down a little bit inside when someone has to constantly be bullying you. I hope you take that in account and maybe think about what you're really about to say to someone when you feel the need to bully them, and just imagine being in their shoes and remember everyone on TH that's been bullied.

Well, these are things we learn with experience, and you didn't know better at the time. So hopefully you can forgive yourself for some of the stuff you did when you were younger I mean, it doesn't make you a bad person...we all make mistakes throughout our lives, and it's great that you're growing as a person.

Re: Bullying - March 5th 2009, 04:49 AM

Congrats to you for seeing the error of your ways.

To people being bullied: hang in there life gets better.

To the bullies: You will drop out of college, get a girl pregnant that doesn't love you, live in a trailer on welfare, and stuggle to pay the bills. It's very simple, people do not like bullies and as you get older people put you in your place. To be honest, the life I described is at best. A great majority of bullies end up in prison or dead. I know this for sure because I knew a lot of bullies in my time and that's where they end up.

Just because they're in university doesn't make them a good person. Bullying is wrong. End of. There is nothing that makes it any more acceptable.
