I Cant Tell - March 12th 2009, 11:56 PM

anymore whether its hamrless or whehter its a joke

i got bullied in primary sschool for years
noone belived me
until one day i chucked a chair at her
then they did,

also when i was about 8/9
i was bullied by a teacher
so much so i hit my dad when he tried to make me go to school
she nearly got sacked after numerous meetings between parents and headteacher
then she was nice to me

now im 14 nearly 15
and im not sure if it is starting again
my englsih teacher is new this year
and he keeps showing me up in front of class
i tried to bring it up with a few friends but they said he did it to everyone although i havent noticed him doing it to anyone else

when i mentioned a few things to my dad he said nex time it happens i should ask him if he would like to arrange a meeting with my dad to dicuss his issues with me

i think he may be trying to prove himself
make himself popular to the class or something
i guess maybe im different

so i wonder am i being paranoid or is he really picking on me?

Hey,

It does sound like your teacher is being unfair by putting you on the spot all the time; however, he may or may not notice what he's doing makes you uncomfortable.

I think the first thing to do, would be to confront your teacher about what he's doing and how he's acting towards you. Get his side of the story first because as I said, he might not realize what he's doing. Benefit of doubt, you know? But see what he says.

The next step from there, would be to set up a meeting between your dad and your teacher. If that doesn't help solve the problem, take it to the head of your school.

i know what you mean.. i failed a class this yr and my teacher kept talking about it in front of the class. all of the time. i didnt say anything but it happened in december and i wish i had, so i think you should talk to your guidance counselor and tell them that you think the teacher is being unfair, i think they have to do something about it

If you continue to get angry when you get bullied you will continue to get bullied.
