Hey there,

It's great that you're ignoring the people that bully you, it takes a lot of courage. Sometimes helping others with their bullying problems can also help you to deal with the bullying you are/have been going through. Id' suggest that, if you are helping others; you could work through each step together, which will hopefully help you both to deal with the bullying better?

Also, it may be good to talk to somebody about it. Having somebody to talk to is always helpful.

I hope this has helped,

Heyy there!

I'm really happy that you've learnt to not let these things get to you, that's really great, and as Lex said, it take an awful lot of courage to do this. I know many people never really learn how to stop things getting to them, so you're pretty amazing for doing that! Perhaps you could give people some of your methods of ignoring it, that way they may find themselves in a similar position to you some day. I don't know how you did it, so you alone will have to work it out and help them with doing that, but it's one way to look at it.

Also, perhaps you can encourage people to tell someone as suffering bullying alone is one of the worst things you can do in this situation, especially if it hurts too much. Maybe along with this you can help them repair some damaged self esteem that has come out of being bullied. When a bully targets you it can be awful for your self confidence, so I'd have thought that helping remind a person they are worth it could actually do a lot for them.

It's wonderful that you want to help people, I'm proud of you for wanting to do this. The world needs more people like you, so well done, really. Take care of yourself too though, don't let the bullies get to you. You're worth so much!

Take care and keep smiling,
Hollie.
