People are so damn annoying sometimes...

Hey everybody, has anyone ever had a situation where some people are just really damn annoying? Because I have. First let me start by saying I have two friends who I play Xbox with who, I admit, are freaking retards. Both are ignorant and narrow minded, but Chris is more judgmental and Corey is more "I go with whatever is funnier and more powerful". Now you may be asking yourself- why do I hangout with these two? Well they both play a lot and plus I see them every morning at my bus stop so they are constantly around, but tbh...I enjoy them as friends...when they're not being total douches. Almost everything I do is judged by them. If I express anything positive they will laugh and bash it. If I say how good I am at something they will say something like "not really" or "yeah keep thinking that". Nothing I ever do is good enough for them. I have flipped out on them like once or twice but they have admitted they were joking, and even when I wouldn't flip they would admit they were only joking aswell. It isn't just me either, they will bomb on eachother sometimes, but I can say that I think I am the most made fun of in the group. Other people always ask why I hang out with them, because they are losers, and tbh idk. They really can be good fun when they're not insulting or anything. But really I don't know how to deal with this problem. I have tried being a sarcastic asshole, which doesn't work at all. I have tried laughing it off, which only works sometimes, I have tried ignoring it, which doesn't work, I have tried replying with insults which only makes them respond something like "wow someones grumpy" and I have tried asking them to stop which they just forget. Can someone give me advice because they really are pissing me off. now.

It seems like these two just live to annoy you. Maybe you guess should take a break from each other and try a new group for a while and see how that works, im not saying don't be friends but hang out with other people as well.

Since you've already told them to knock if off and they don't listen, reach beyond those two for new friends. You don't have to ditch them, but find some other people you enjoy being around. Sometimes, we have friends we can only deal with in small doses. Sad, but true. Maybe a little time apart will let them calm down, so they aren't as annoying around you anymore.

Well I think that maybe you should go your own way. Sure talk to them every once i awhile, play xbox, and hangout but dont wrap your whole life around them. You can always have more than one group of friends. So find other friends to hangout with - find a happy medium.
