This is what I usually do to manage (barely).
Should be obvious but: be well prepared. If you know your material, you will be less nervous.
Use relaxation techniques, whichever work for you.
Don't study until the last minute before the test, but do something relaxing.
Tell at least one person who is going to be in your test what's going on so you can call for help if you panic.
Good Luck!

Anxiety doesn't make you stupid (it's something I thought, too, but it's simply not true!), it just makes taking tests really difficult. I'm sure you're doing the best you can! *hugs*
Hm.. I don't know if that'd be helpful to other people, or only to me, but the last time I had to write a test, I had on headphones so that I couldn't hear the noises of the other people, because I get very nervous when I notice other nervous people. Have you thought about asking your teachers if you can write your test in an isolated room (only if that helps, of course - I've done it before and it was okay, less pressure...)?

I wish you all the luck for your test!

I have have ADD and bad anxiety. When i have a big test coming up i freak out over it, and im a wreck until its over. try listening to music or meditating or somthing. if there anything that calms you down try it. for me once the test it over i feel a lot better

Yeah i cant sleep either before a test i dont really know how to help you on that cause i have same problem. Just try your best to do things to take ur mind of it. go on a walk, listen to music, exercise. do things that will make u tired it might help u fall to sleep.
