Unhappy Stuiped anxiety attacks - September 5th 2012, 02:56 AM

For some reason, i just started having a anxiety attack because of a test tomorrow. I have something called a-d-d too and its not helping in the process. Idk what to do. This is getting me really upset and making it worse.

Hey there! I'm sorry you had a panic attack two days ago - those are never fun. =( If it's any comfort, you're not alone. I believe it's something like 1 out of 3 people who will suffer from a panic attack at least once. If you have another panic attack in the future, try to remove yourself from the stressful situation (ex. the room where you're studying) and focus on taking deep breaths. Think positive thoughts, like "this is hard, but I'm going to be okay, I'm going to study hard and pass, ADD is making this harder but not impossible," etc. If your panic attacks become much more frequent, then it may be worth seeing your doctor (the one who diagnosed you with ADD) and describing your symptoms.
