Anger - June 19th 2016, 01:36 PM

I constantly get bursts of anger for stupid reasons. And not "frustrated" or "disappointed" but full on RAGE. Screaming, throwing with things, hitting myself, etc. Usually this originates from thinking I don't know the material for the exams enough. This keeps me from revising normally, and usually makes me lose 3 hours of precious time occupied with being mad.

What do I do?

I know exactly how you feel because i've suffered from extreme anger issues, i used to break things hit myself. Similar to what you're going through. Something that calms me down is listening to anger/ anxiey audios. At first I honestly though it was bs and it takes awhile to get used to but it really helps! It won't help overnight and you have to calm yourself down abd just listen. Yoy might be able to find that or something similar on youtube. if you like drawing or something like that you can do that while listening.
