when theres lots of people in my house i get all nervous and anixious and i freak out and panick and cant cope i start shaking, and finding it hard to breathe, last night there ten people in my house so it was far to much for me i started panicking and shaking and couldnt cope i had to shut myself away in my room for abit, and i felt so rude doing it but i had to, is there another way i can calm my self down when theres lots of people around me all drinking, talking, and looking at me ? i find it easier when i drink but i cant always drink when theres people around me or can i ? is there a way i can be around people without getting all panicky, shakey, and freaking out ?

If you feel you are suffering from anxiety you do need to tell someone. Everybody gets anxiety, but when it gets to the stage you are at, thats when you need to stop and think.

If and when you find things are getting out of control. Try to stop it. Think of something relaxing. And try to regulate your breathing. Inhale and exhale from your diaphram. And block all negative thoughts that are going through your mind.

I would recommend you talk to a doctor, you could maybe start an course of medication to help with your anxiety...and the symptons you get with them.

Try not to get into the habit of drinking, because you dont want to become an alcoholic for a problem that can be fixed in other ways.
