Panic attacks can be very difficult to deal with. Some of the best ways that I have learned to control them is by different breathing techniques, counting (as a way of distracting myself from thinking about stuff), and fiddling with something (I always carry a worry stone or something in my pocket so if I get anxious I can play with that in my hand and it gives me something to do). Sometimes being able to walk away from the situation to take a time out is helpful so that you can relax and everything. Obviously you dont want to avoid situations, but like if you are in school, maybe go into the bathroom and splash some cold water on your face and take a few deep breathes before going back out and facing stuff. Also trying to figure out what triggers your anxiety and panic attacks can be helpful- that way you can be aware of it before you enter the situation so that you can start addressing it before it gets out of control. Another thing is paying attention to the physical symptoms you experience with your panic attacks- again so that when you feel those beginning symptoms you can start to try to calm yourself down before you get too overwhelmed.

I hope that some of this helps. I know how hard it can be to deal with panic attacks and how scary it can be sometimes. If you ever want to talk or anything just PM me.
