You're not weird. I've had these moments, where I've refused to leave the house, and even hid offline on MSN Messenger, only staying on to talk to my long-distance boyfriend. Even then, I've struggled to talk to him, during my bad moments. Don't know what triggers it, it just happens. I would try to give advice, but I don't know what to tell you.

Not weird. I get times where I have to physically hold on to something to stop myself sliding down a wall and curling up. I feel myself curl up into myself as I sit down sometimes or shuffle further and further into corners. I just...push through it and breathe nice and slow if it gets really bad. I've managed to beat my panic attacks (somehow) so I know I can do this.

Indulge yourself in curling up in bed and at home if you're having a bad day. I like to think of myself as a hedgehog xD I know its weird. Just as long as its not effecting your life. I know sometimes at work I just feel like hiding in the closet (no pun intended)
