Hey there.
I struggle badly with anxiety. I used to have seven or eight panic attacks a day, of some which lasted up to an hour. I'd get the whole feeling hot thing, chest tightening, start to hyperventilate, get dizy and it started feeling like I was in a different world. Sometimes I would end up being sick because of it and at times I ended up fainting. It sound's like you could be having panic attacks, but we can't say for sure. I suggest you see your doctor. Explain what happens, how you feel and what your thoughts are and see what they say. If it isn't panic attacks, it could be something else they can help you with. However for now, I'd tell you to sit down and get yourself away from crowds of people when you feel like its coming on and take a few deep breathes. For example, Inhale for five seconds and then exhale for six. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Tell yourself you're safe and that you've done it before and it didn't hurt you and you are going to be okay. That nothing that bad can happen. Here's a bit of information I found which you might benefit from ... http://www.firststeps-surrey.nhs.uk/...nicattacks.htm I hope this helps, feel free to PM me if you need any help or anything ![]() Jessie'Lou ![]() Three little birds sat on my window, and they told me I don't need to worry.
