Re: what can I do.? -

I am sorry=( I suffer from anxiety too but only cause I was basicy born with it. I do not have a way of getting rid of it, I am not going to use any drugs for it because I am not sure if I want to and my parents are against it. I have good and bad moments but that is my life and I have tried to just accept it. Your anxiety is different though since it was caused by a certain event. My advice would be to see someone about it like a therapist or counceler because they may be able to give you helpful tips on how to not focus on that event so that you won't worry about it that much. I know going to therapists can seem kinda scary or intimidating but it is OKAY to ask for help. Thats what they are there for. Besides its better to feel better than to continue to feel bad. What have you got to lose? For right now, I don't know if this will work for you or not, but when I am anxious and my worries about something will not go away, I usually tell someone like my mom or a friend. Talking about it REALLY helps. Also music can also help temporarally. I listen to MJ and I am okay for a while=)
