Hey there, and welcome to TH : ).
I'm really glad that you're seeking help... it's not easy reaching out or opening up to people, and I can understand not wanting your parents to know about what you're going through right now... but you might want to consider a few people that you could potentially talk to about this... even if you don't really plan on taking that opportunity. Now... There are a few resources I can share with you, but it's tougher when you're younger because a lot of times you'll need parental consent to receive certain services. Depending on where you are, communities sometimes offer confidential health services for teens. You can find out if there's something like this near you by googling "teen clinic" along with the name of your city, county, or town. They're generally around for things like sexual health information, testing, and birth control, but check out what they offer. Mental health services might also be included, and if not, they can generally direct you elsewhere. In addition to this, you can always contact your school counselor. If you aren't in danger of hurting yourself or someone else, those services are also confidential. Best of luck! Let me know if there's anything that I can do for you. Ada. I believe thatyou're inherently beautiful : ) |

Heyy
![]() You could try going to your school counseller and when you start talking to him tell him that you're afraid, that he might go talk to your parents He won't tell anybody about what you said unless you told him that your planning to kill yourself, in that case he might talk to your parents. If your still not sure then a trusted friend will also do
