i am constanly scared to be alone. i cant go anywhere without someone with me...last time i went to the mall with my friends they ditched me just to mess with me (because i have never told them about my anxiety) and i had a full blown panic attack and started crying...i need help...i dont know what im going t do when i move out...please....please help me...

Riley,
I know how you feel, and it sucks. I suggest you go see a professional. Usually, what they'll do is help you, with therapy, and/or medications. Also, have you considered telling your friends about the Anxiety? My boyfriend is quite understanding of me when I panic, when I am in a rush to get out of a crowded place, etc., and he also knows if he left me alone, it'd be bad. Getting treatment, and having a good support system, is the best way to treat any mental illness/disorder. Dare to be Different, to be Weird, to be a Freak. Overall, Dare to be yourself.
