Is there anyone out there who is on an anti-anxiety Rx? I'm curious as to the effects of being put on one...
Does it help? What does it feel like, and how is it different from before the meds? Have you noticed any physical changes? Are you happy with the outcome? What are the downsides? |

I used to be on Vistaril but it did absolutely nothing for me. Now I am on Ativan. The only side effect I have with it is drowsiness. It does help calm me down by helping me think more clearly, slow my heart rate, helping me stop shaking and be less hypervigilant I don't get a high from it but I is very addictive so you have to be careful.
