Last night I woke up in the middle of the night crying.
I have no idea why, I'm not particularly depressed right now... I didn't really know what was going on, I was still half alseep, but I was like bawling my eyes out... I think this may link to anxiety (I've been informally diagnosed with GAD by my homeopath/phsycologist) Does anyone know why this happens, or has anyone expiericed the same thing? Thanks. I've had this happen a lot, Did you have any bad dreams ?
