I can't breathe. I feel lightheaded and nauseous. My heartbeat up and went, "Bye!" and jumped through the roof. (Stop playing castanets in my chest, you're hurting me.) Effing anxiety. GO THE FUCK AWAY!

Do you have a threapist/counsellor etc? If you do you could bring it up with them. Or talk to your parents or another trusted adult about it and see if they could get you in to see a counsellor to discuss it? It could help.

I'm not sure you've seen my other threads about this, but either way, I used to have horrible anxiety. Severe anxiety. Close to 10 nearly every single day- we changed the dosage of the Lexapro and I've probably had about 6 or 7 since then- in three and 1/2 months I've had seven. BIG change.
Doesn't mean it doesn't suck when it DOES happen though

I see a psychiatrist and a separate nonassociative counselor. The latter I haven't seen in about two months, and an appointment is scheduled. I will bring it up. I see my psych for refills on my meds and to discuss the effect it's having on me, I talk to my counselor about everything else. I told my psych on Wed. (14th) that I was having a few anxiety attacks, and my symptoms were only half gone. He said he was planning to start weaning me off the Lexapro, but now we'll continue it to see how it'll work for me.

Deff. keep seeing the counselers. I wouldn't go so far between visits, with anxiety it's important to have repition and a set schedule. It takes a lot of the "jitters" away. Lets see, what outlets have you worked on to do when you feel a really strong onset coming on? do you draw? read? run? etc? Don't go off the meds quite yet, if you're this bad and they want to take you off the meds then somethings not right about that. Panic attacks suck. So much I know. Have you ever done yoga or breathing techniques? It sounds corny I know but it really does make a difference. Good luck

I don't do yoga, but I do guided imagery... That stuff puts me to sleep, I love it
