I deal with it by taking deep breaths and imagining myself out of the situation I'm in. I also talk to my friends to help calm me down so I don't feel the anxiety as strongly (:
"Everyone says that love hurts, but that's not true. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. Everyone confuses these things with love, but in reality, love is the only thing in this world that covers up all the pain and makes us feel wonderful again." My anxiety is an off and on type of thing. I know that when I excercise, I feel 10x better. I will not lie I am a very lazy person. When I stop eating healthy and excercising, my anxiety starts getting at me. (I am overweight.) Maybe excercising could help you. It doesn't help everyone. You just have to find what helps you the best. Listen to your favorite music, talk to someone, or even if you have to cry it out go ahead. Sometimes I just have to cry to my mom to let it all out. It's what works for you. Smile! Everything happens for a reason!

i tend to have anxiety attacks when im involved in fights. not physical fights, just like screaming fights. the only things i can do to help is use my inhaler and drink a glass of water very slowly (i hyper-ventilate and if i drink too fast i choke) i also get anxiety a lot at night, but i dont get attacks from that, just a very tight feeling in my chest and horrible fear of leaving my room and if im in bed and facing the wall, its nearly impossible for me to turn around, because i tend to think someone is in the room and if i move they would realize im not asleep and would hurt me. for that i have no way of making it feel better aside from just trying to reason with myself on how its impossible i wouldnt have heard my door open lol
On the outside I'm smiling, but inside im crying. I'm silent, but screaming, I'm so slowly dying. |
