Attendance issues at college -

So, I've already had a disciplinary at college because of the time I've missed already this year, and I've been told that if I take any more time off, without a very good reason that I'll be kicked off the course.
But I've possibly got the flu at the moment. I've been really ill all weekend, and got sent home from my work experience day early on Friday. What if I wake up tomorrow and really don't feel well enough to go in? Calling them isn't going to help at all, because I used to call them when I was having really bad emotional days and say that I was ill, so they're not going to believe me even though I am actually ill.
I just need to get better, physically and emotionally, but they don't seem to be helping with either. It's hard enough going into college on a good day.
Should I go in just to possibly get sent home early (and risk throwing up on the way there and in college), or call up and take the day off?

Hey Becci, the best thing you could do would be to see a doctor and then have take a doctor's note with you when you go back. They did specify a "good reason" and physical illness is a good reason. You might also want to discuss your mental health with them, if you have a diagnosis they can probably work with you which looks a lot better than just calling in sick all the time.

Hi, I have no diagnosis of a mental illness at all but I do worry that I have one.
I don't like going to the doctor's at all, and I'm not sure why. Maybe a fear of getting diagnosed?
I went into college yesterday, and they sent me home, so I called in sick today, but now they know that I am ill, I should be fine.
Thanks for the advice.
