Question Trying to graduate - June 25th 2012, 04:25 PM

I have 3 weeks to finish 4 virtual courses, I feel so pressured right now and it's just really stressful. Any advice?

1. The first piece of advice I have is take a deep breath, if you're so worked up over the amount of work you have, it will affect you're ability to actually get it done.

2. Next, look at exactly how much you have and what's involved

3. Break it up into smaller pieces and figure out exactly how much you'll have to do a day to get it done on time (make sure you don't accidentally get the last day wrong and end up with late work.) I mention that because I've come close to it several times!

4. Set up a reward system, for example, "once I finish all my work for today, I can watch TV, go out with friends, etc." whatever you'd really like to do. If you don't get it all done though, you have to deny yourself until after you finish.

5. Finally, the hardest part, actually doing the work, I'd suggest starting with the worst stuff first to get it out of the way early, but that's how I would do it, you don't have to do it that way if you don't want to.

It might also help to make some kind of schedule, at least write down due dates, if there are any so you don't forget anything. Good luck!
