My Grades are slipping, badly. I desperately need help in Geometry!

Sorry for the wall of text. tl;dr version on the bottom.

My grades.. are kinda crap right now. Out of all my six classes, I'm only doing well in one of them. Another one I'm barely surviving, and the other four are D/F. I've always had 3.8-4.0's during High School, but this kinda scared the hell out of me. I'm not a honor roll-type student, but I'm a more Perfectionist Procrastinator. Anyway, I'd rather that I would be in a more comfortable situation with an A/B's than D/F's. The easy solution would be study more, which would be easy for Spanish, US History, and AP English. Chemistry is really difficult, but I'm lucky I got my best friend to start tutoring me.

Enough about my grades, time to get to the root of the problem. Geometry. It's really difficult. I'm kinda lucky my teacher is a cool guy, he can relate to the kids, he has some 'kid-like' qualities to him, cusses a lot, sells candy/drinks, etc. His tests are open notes and he's lenient with homework. He teaches good too. But I'm kinda bad at math, so yeah. About his leniency towards homework, his rule is that you are allowed to copy homework, but if one cannot do the test, then you will fail the class. He's right because his weight system is 30% Homework and 25% Tests. I kinda BS the Homework, but still stamps it. But when the tests come, even with open notes. I blank out. It's like I always come to his class feeling like I'm hopelessly lost in some forest and can't get out no matter how I try. I googled some Websites and it makes it feel more complicated. I'm afraid to ask for tutoring because It would be embarassing considering I don't know much and afraid that I would be a burden/annoyance to them. My friends can't help because they are all the smart people who are in Pre-Calculus, Stats, Calculus, etc. They most likely forgot about Geometry back in middle school.

Also, I'm having a test coming up on Thursday and I'm afraid it would be the last test before the finals and semester end, so I want to make this count! Don't worry, I'll be desperately studying, but then I still want help on this matter as well.

I want to have some good grades because I want to be able to open up my options, whether I decide to go to Universities, Community College, Doctor School, Graphics School, Cooking School, or what have you. Please Help! Recommend any good websites, tutorials, heck even be a tutor for me. Anything! Argh..

tl;dr version: Grades are crap, Found a solution to everything except Geometry. I'm hopelessly lost. I have a test on Thursday (last test before semester finals) and It's almost the end of the semester. Save me.

Why not ask for tutoring? You don't need to go to the other friends, although that could be a good idea. Universities tend to have various leaflets of highschoolers wanting tutoring or get a 1-1 tutor.

Post some problems and someone may walk it through. Also, try looking at the problem from different ways. Write what you know and need, then try thinking about how you can look at the problem differently, as in many cases, there's more than 1 way to get the answer.

Talk to the teacher, because you think he's a chill guy and because he is there to help you learn. Stay extra time in class, don't BS the homework, practice practice practice. Use your resources well. Also, pm me. We can set up a virtual white board, I love geometry.
