EKKK, im about to catch the bus to go into my work expernce placement as when i rang the other day she asked me to go intoday!
Im scared shitless!
Im going to go up to a staff member and say, 'Hello, Im jess, im coming her for work experience in a few weeks and i spoke to so and so over the phone on wednesday and she asked me to come and see her today'.

Does that sound okay?

That sounds a fine thing to say! I have just done work experience and I was absolutely terrified! Like most things though, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Im sure you will do fine, good luck

Hi Jess,

I hope your first few days of work experience have gone well. Your approach sounds great to me so I hope it worked well - I have employed people for work experience and you really shouldn't be scared. They obviously think you are great as they wouldnt be giving you the opportunity to work with them otherwise, so remember you have already impressed them.

Well done and good luck
