To much to handle? - January 13th 2015, 04:14 PM

I'm considering dropping a few classes. I think between my social anxiety and this insane work load, I'm going a tad insane. I'm just worried that I'll end up feeling guilty for dropping them. I really want to do this, but lately my anxiety has been so awful with trying to get to all my classes and work and deal with people. Bleh. Any advice?

I totally get how you feel. My anxiety would kill me and I had to drop courses a few times. Ultimately, even if I felt guilty for doing it, I was better off in the long run because then I had time to take care of myself and all that. The guilt will pass far more quickly than your damaged mental health will.

I hope that helps

I agree with the above - I think it would be worth more to take the time to look after yourself. If you feel guilty just remind yourself that it was the best decision Best of luck!
