I've heard of being able to enter countries without a Visa, but it depends on your citizenship status, why you're entering the country, and how long you plan to stay there.

I suggest you read up on the customs/immigration policies of countries you have an interest in going to.

You generally cannot work legally in many countries without a visa, no matter what the job is. Most countries you can stay for maybe 60-90 days max and then they expect you to leave. If you do not comply with this, then you'd be considered undocumented or something and could be deported and it'll become even harder to travel, no matter the reason (even for a vacation). As far as I know, the only exception is Europe as EU countries have agreements but I think it is still next to impossible to travel to another country to work without a visa. You really should do so legally with a visa. Many commonwealth countries like Canada, India, Australia and Britain have special programs for a year, but I think it still needs a visa.

You kind of make it sound like you're running from the law, and if that's true it might make it hard for you to even enter a country legally through immigration, but if your studying abroad I highly doubt that that's the case and therefore you should be able to legally obtain a visa.

To be honest, I don't know why your disinterested in obtaining a visa when it's pretty hard to go to most countries without it. I'm sure it'll be worth the hassle.
