You need to prioritize your time better. Basically, you should put school work first and fully concentrate on that. Is there any particular reason you cannot concentrate? You should speak to your teachers and see if they can provide some assistance along the way. Good luck!

How did Mandela get the will to surpass the everyday,
When injustice had him caged and trapped in every way,
How did Ghandi ever withstand the hunger strikes and all,
Didn't do it to gain power or money if I recall,
It's to give; I guess I'll pass it on

You'll need to suspend most non-school activities but keep the most important ones - all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy (as the saying goes).

Decide which is most important, usually this is the one with the nearest deadline or the one worth the most marks. If you cannot concentrate you should vary tasks often doing them in small chunks moving on when you get bored.

Asking a teacher for help is also a good step, they want to see you succeed
