Like i've fell out with another Friend and i have loads more Friends and i want to make lots and lots and lots of new kinds of Friends and i'm nervous to ask people to be my friend even though i am in Yr 11 and there in like Yr 7 or something like that and i leave this year but i feel a bit nervous now by going upto them and saying like ' Can i be your Friend ? ' sort of thing

You could always join a club at school or something - perhaps volunteer in the school play or something similar.
I suspect most year 7s would be your friend but that may be because they're intimidated but I stress that there is nothing wrong in being friends with them. What are you doing once you leave?

most year 7's would probably be scared if a year 11 who they didn't know started talking to them. what are you doing after year 11? because if you're going to college or sixth form then that will be a good opportunity to meet new people.
