Red face Child and youth worker - January 24th 2011, 08:42 PM

Hey guys! Before I start, sorry for the spelling mistakes and short length of the post. I has iPhone

I was just wondering if anyone is in a similar field of work, their opinion and what kind of steps/volunteer work should I do to get a good understanding of what I'm getting into.

I used to volunteer at an elementary school and teach kids science and astronomy. Loved every second of it and figured it was because I love working with kids

try helping/teaching in a sunday school class of the age group you want to get into. Even if you dont necessarily believe the lessons and stuff it will give you a good understanding of the age group and such
