Theyre basically trying to find out how you would sell something, so questions like "I notice you're looking at furniture, what kind of thing are you looking for?", "has anyone told you about our finance options... (insert info here)"

I googled a bunch that had to do with data but nothing that i could use with selling furniture. I came up with a few.... And thn apparently because it took me so long, the server kicked me out of the form. O.o I'm probably going to try again tonight.... lol. Thank you for you r help. At first, I just didn't understand the question because they never stated that I would be asking the customer when they came in the store. lol.
