Someone please help me with this essay? -
January 7th 2012, 11:09 AM
All I need to do is create a plan for an answer to this question:
Why was there tension and conflict between supporters and opponents of Civil Rights for black Americans in the USA in the 1950s and 1960s? I'd be okay with it, except the "why" is confusing mee ![]() There was tension because white people didn't like black people. But that's hardly an answer. I just don't know what to include ![]() Please help? :3 LiveHelpOperator|TalentCommittee RIP Grandad xxx |

Well if you think about why there would be tension between any parties its because on set of people are going to lose some power.
Basically, the black people were gaining more attention through the likes of mlk and Rosa parks etc etc. Secondly, whether they'd be willing to have an actual war between each other or let the black people have rights. Sorry I'm not too knowledgeable about the 1950s right now (havent looked at it in a while) hope I helped a bit Hey, guess why i smile a lot... because it's worth it
